Currently, I am working on arm detection with the help of machine learning approach in opencv with c++. I am using rgb as well as depth data for it. As I am new in machine learning filed. If anyone idea to start the study of machine learning , please let me know. It will be very useful , if you recommend any research paper and useful sites for this.
